Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time: Standard shipping takes 7 to 12 business days, with full tracking provided on every order.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $4.95 flat rate
- FREE shipping when you buy 2 or more (any order of $90+)
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays: During peak seasons (like the weeks before Halloween), carriers may take a few extra days. Order early to be safe. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@shopmysticbrew.com and we will make it right.
Wrong address: If an order is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. Please double check your address at checkout.
