Welcome to MysticBrew. By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by MysticBrew, located at 2710 Alpine Blvd Unit K #1296, Alpine, CA 91901, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "MysticBrew" refer to that business. "You" refers to you, the visitor or customer.
2. Using this store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
3. Products, pricing and availability
We do our best to display our products accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product photography may show the item styled or staged.
All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that were placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.
Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. You are responsible for giving accurate billing and shipping information.
5. Product safety and intended use
This product is a decorative Halloween display item. It is not a toy, not food-safe, and not intended for consumption.
- Keep the included dye and all small parts away from children and pets.
- The mist maker is an electrical device that sits in water. Follow the included instructions, use it only as directed, and keep the plug and cord dry.
- Use only water and the included dye in the cauldron. Do not add oils, alcohol, or other liquids.
- Supervise children around the assembled display.
We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to the included instructions.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, product photography, graphics, and the MysticBrew name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written consent.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
